Things got worse when the GOP won the house, but I guess they're ignoring that.

Didn't we say the same thing when the Tea Party started up?
According to the article, they have a point. Everything IS worse under Obama... Everything the GOP+Tea Party can get their hands on, anyway. For the most part, they're the ones at fault. My infinite cynicism brings me to believe that so few people are going to take note, and Obama's going to lose anyway.
I'm just hoping the Democrats grow a spine and actually talk about accomplishments; Republicans talk about their failures, and that STILL works for them!

I'm just hoping the Democrats grow a spine and actually talk about accomplishments Probably be easier if they had some. The Democrats have an impressive record of accomplishments. I don't think there are many groups in the history of the US with a record as impressive as theirs of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

The Republicans have done a pretty good job poisoning the well in regards to health care reform - not that that well was exactly pristine to begin with. I suspect that'll work as a strike against Obama now, not for him, although I'd guess he'll win the election.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot this one, the Dems were in charge when bin Laden was killed. They really, really need to play this one up.

It would be smart of the dems to show all they've accomplished in benefit to the american people and that thanks to the republicans we couldn't accomplish more.

They do have the advantage, running in poor economic times against an unpopular President. However, they need to nominate someone sane and moderate, or Obama will crush them.

Things got worse when the GOP won the house, but I guess they're ignoring that. They are ignoring anything that doesn't fit their world view and always have. They are hoping enough of the voters will as well. And that hope is not without precedent.
