Yep, it's another forum game. I always say, you can never have enough forum games.
This one, which I shamelessly stole from another forum I frequent, is known, as the title suggests, as Fill in the Blank. The basic premise is the OP provides a famous quote, but with a key word or phrase omitted. The next poster fills in the blank with a slightly amusing word or phrase of their own and posts their own incomplete quote for someone else to fill in.
For example, say a hypothetical post above me said "Another day, another [blank]", I would simply fill the blank with a word or phrase of my choosing (though preferably what the quote originally said), like for example, "another day, another dead body to hide", followed by a new incomplete quote for the next poster to have their way with.
So, assuming that made sense, let us begin.
"In the absence of [blank], find something and kill it".
