It's only a fibonacci spiral in the first three squares. When the water meets with her hair, it doesn't pass through or point towards the correct corner, but rather the outermost stream of water seems to be directed towards the midpoint of the edge between the 4th and 5th squares.
So yeah.

Technically, the hair is whipped upwards, then pulled by gravity into a parabolic arc. So no, not Fibonacci. Go back to looking at pinecones.
