I would have laughed heartily in his face, since "Behave like I want you to, or burn" is precisely what Christianity claims to be God's principal message to us. The only thing that the Inquisition added was physical torture in this life. ~David D.G.

I do feel like I should've said something about that, and other parts of what he said, but it's much harder for me to speak freely with a stranger in real life.
