No, actually. Communists are strongly authoritarian. You're a libertarian socialistst, or something like that, if your numbers are correct. Please observe all smilies until the post has come to a complete stop. One of the pictures on the site itself uses the word "communist," And I was poking fun at that. Hence the wink.

I'm an idealist Republican. I support its Libertarian roots, the kind that wrote the US constitution. I could be a Libertarian but, alas, the Repubs have the most power in that arena. I'd vote for anyone who supported my goals on a pragmatic basis, but the winners are the ones who make history. So the goal is to transform the winners into what the winners should be.

I'm Canadian, so I don't identify with any of those parties.
I'm probably a social democrat, or a democratic socialist (not quite clear on the difference).
But I'm very definitely anti-stupid.

The Green Party of Canada does have some loopy planks in the platform, but altogether, I like most of their policies. I've voted for them for the past 3 elections. Ditto.
