20% destroyed after the entire operation, not just bombings.
No were does it state that US forces did not let people leave, in fact that articles state that most of the cities residents did leave. At which point the military regarded most of the people remaining as combatants.
The military has admitted that willy petes were used, for illumination purposes. Of course if people are in that area they will get burned. That does not mean that they were used to kill people in basements.
What does gulf war syndrome have to do with your claim of bombing random cities?
The Abrams tanks does not have a loading mechanism. A member of the tank crew mus load each shell. The reason for this is a human is more reliable the a machine to do this job, if that member is hurt or killed another can take his place, instead of that tank being out of the action if the loading system fails.

Mainly because blowing up everyone by way of suicide bombing or without any care in the world if it takes out the enemy or a marketplace of civilians they're supposedly fighting for is neither brave, nor have to require much courage. It's the act of a fundamentalist group that doesn't give two licks about anything except 'kill the americans' and 'virgins in heaven' And yet when an American launches a suicide attack they get the Medal of Honour. Link and circumstances. I can't say I've heard of any us troops running into a market place to wipe out civilians as a tactic by blowing his body parts all over the square

That was a result of Diet Coke being left in the heat so that the chemicals would change their reaction to become, essentially, embalming fluid. That's what GWS was.
And that's a result of tests they did. Self loaders are not trusted to stand up to combat stress like a human being can. Granted they can be faster and less clumbsy, they can also jam much more. and when one of them jams, your gun is out of order till you manually unjam it

Do you know what's interesting? Al Qaeda in Iraq barely exists anymore, because the insurgency blew it away. Not the US army, the insurgency. I have no idea what you're talking about. Some people have finally begun turning against al-Qaeda in Iraq (for example, roving Shia death squads). From the beginning of the war, the insurgency was made up of former Ba'ath Party members and al-Qaeda members (being that they were all Sunni Muslims). Zarqawi tried to ignite a civil war by slaughtering Sunni Muslims as well, and blaming Shia Muslims. Now there are Shia death squads murdering Sunni Muslims and gays, and there are al-Qaida members murdering Shia Muslims as well.

Given that those publications have a tendency to use "Muslim" and "Arab" interchangeably, I think Chaplain's comment is fair.
