If I could give one person superpowers, it would be Stephen Fry. He would recall his role in "V for Vendetta", fly to Florida, and give them all a thorough ass-kicking.

This part bothers me. "Everybody Draw Muhammad Day" was, I think, a good thing. It was about showing how the idea of religious extremists imposing their rules on the rest of the world is idiotic. This, however, I can't see as a good thing (duh?). Book burning is one of the most odious things a person can do. And I hate the idea of the acts being mixed.

For "Everybody Draw Muhammad Day" all you had to do was draw a stick figure and write "Muhammad" under neath it. Stick figures never hurt anyone. Book burning has. This is just... I don't know, a really really fucking bad idea. And that's all I can think of to say about it.

One is productive the other is destructive, guess which one is which.

Bummer it's not in N. Florida. I'd show up with a copy of the Bible, along with some other religious books and toss those into the fire as well.
Have to be fair to everyone.

I wonder how these people would have felt if someone were to burn bibles?

Way to spit on the 9/11 victims by further propagating religious intolerance.
