On his show last night Keith Olberman bid farewell to his mother who just recently passed away. She was known in baseball for being hit in the face by an errant throw from the then Yankee Chuck Knobeloch. If you have a few moments watch the clip, it is quit interesting. www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/#30078065

I thought that was really sweet.
Also, when he said North Carolina instead of North Korea. x)

What? North Carolina is part of the Bible Belt, so of COURSE it's evil.

Awww.....
Such a sweet remembrance.
Mom was definitely a Spitfire.
I thought it was funny about Dad not forgiving them for trading a player in 1948. I still haven't forgiven Boston for trading Orr.

I liked when she told him that he could bid for the ball on e-bay like everyone else.

*takes his hat off in respect for the late Mrs. Olbermann*
RIP, ma'am. And hats off to Keith for the class act he did in reporting her death.
