It was colder than a witch's tit in a brass brassiere but I was out there watching it. lol I should have stayed inside being sick as I am (see Flame and Burn for more info) but damnmit I wasn't going to miss it! I'm sure you can find some epic pics all around the internet and Damen has a nice one too.

The sun, rather than the son, is the reason for the season. Burn a Yule log to aid the ailing sun, and also because Thor and Odin like the smell of burning fir. It wasn't supposed to be burning fur? Damn. Happy belated solstice, everybody.
