People tell me that I'm pretty good at drawing. But I have pretty low self esteem. All I see when I look at my drawings are errors. Are you perhaps my long-lost twin? That's how I feel about my drawings AND my writing. My drawings are not that bad. It's just my hands and feet are horrible.

Wii! It's the only console my scholarship house has. I've never played it on any others. Dammit! Ah well. People tell me that I'm pretty good at drawing. But I have pretty low self esteem. All I see when I look at my drawings are errors. I keep trying to record guitar lines, but even slight errors bother me so much I tend to restart. Literally, all I hear are the errors. Same when I'm speaking. My therapist actually played back one of my voicemails for me to demonstrate that I speak succinctly and all that, and all I did heard was the number of "ummms." I get ticked off when drawing because my stupid hands won't do what I want with them.

I can piss people off so readily I can now do it by complimenting them or siding with them in a discussion.

Through quoting fat bastard over and over again, I can now do a Scottish accent that is actually capable of fooling people into thinking I'm Scottish. Quite useless but it's the best I've got. Fat Bastard accent = Shrek accent? Try saying "Donkey!" in your Fat Bastard voice and you'll see what I mean!

That's how I feel about my drawings AND my writing. It could just be a lefty thing and how your hand drags across the paper when it comes to drawing. It's rather useful when it comes to shading but otherwise it's pretty bothersome. On topic: I'm a pretty good welder. The bench in my room reminds me of that everyday. I'm also a great cook and baker.

Wow. That's how I feel, as well. Seriously, do we share a parent or two? Possibly some DNA? Hands and feet are the hardest things to draw. That's true, hands are incredibly difficult to draw. But you get better with practice. Like this, I drew this picture in early High School, and for some reason it was the most popular one I've ever done. Well, I think it kind of sucks by my standards now, and....when you're looking at it remember: my art teacher said she wanted a drawing of hands, but she wanted the drawing to be unique. So, I gave her what she wanted: ***Note: It's supposed to be all scratchy and grainy and dark and whatnot...***
