Well about 3 weeks ago my old car (1994 Nissan Sentra) blew up. Blew up as in throw multiple rods and other metal parts. So with just a little bit of money I started looking for a new car. After no luck looking around I decided to go to a local car auction. All the smaller fuel efficient cars where going for more then I had. Then......I got one of these.... A 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. $1200 including tax and title. The best (and luckest part) is that everything works on it. All the power controls, the CD changer, the AC, the climate control system. Well there are two minor issues. One, there is no heat. At most I may need a new heater core, a $50 fix. Second, I may need a new thermostat as the car seems to run hotter then it should. .....yes, mine is even RED!

At most I may need a new heater core, a $50 fix. I had that problem with my car, the part was maybe $50, but the labor was more like $300. But, I have a different make.

I expect a major rant about electrical gremlins in the future. A curse be upon you and you descendants! May Caddy is in the shop with electrical problems. Could be the alternator it self, could be a problem with the belt affecting the alternator, could just be the battery, or the whole electrical system could be fucked! If I knew what the problems as I could most likely fix it. I'm good at repairs, not good a diagnosing the problems.
