Here's the gist. So I'm taking this Management class where we were supposed to interview a "manager". Well, the old fuck had a heart attack, in came this newbie who make some slight changes to the schedule, so the interview can forgotten. Now, TODAY, we get an email saying we still have to do an interview, and its due THURSDAY. So that's the 156th thing due this week. Whee.
So anyway, if anyone here holds a position of power, as a manager, supervisor, etc, pls PM me your real name, you professional email (if any) and a brief description of your job. As long as you manage people or resources, are a leader of a formal team or group in a company, I'll take what I can get. You'll answer a series of questions based on the content of my syllabus, and hopefully that's it.
I need you to reply by 5pm Tuesday. And reply my interview questions via email by 3pm Wednesday. The paper is due Thursday afternoon.
So yeah, help?

I was almost a manager for WalMart. I started taking their training courses, and when we got through the employee-management relations section, I could no longer stomach the "assume your employees are worthless thieves" attitude being taught and promptly quit.
Sorry I can't help you.
