Apple violated five patents of Samsung, including wireless communications technology and technology used to transfer data or files from PCs to mobile devices, Kevin Jeong, a spokesman at Samsung Electronics, said by phone.

This is, of course, in response trying to get Samsung barred from making the Galaxy line for infringing on the Iphone/Ipad designs.
FYI, the Tab and Galaxy S DO look a lot like the Ipad and Iphone...
