Steamed broccoli
Boiled broccoli (though not to a mush, that's where texture comes into play again)
Raw broccoli with ranch dip
Yum yum yum <3 Better than candy. And a lot more expensive, too :<

Zach: Would you like a chicken curry casserole recipe that my roommate's family has? it's rice, broccoli, chicken, curry sauce, cheese and Ritz crackers. Keeps roomie and I fed for a few days on one batch.

Crackers are optional, if it helps. We just like it because it's an extra layer of flavor and texture.
