What I'd like to know is why these types of fundies (because it's not just these guys) can never go through the bare minimum of legal procedures to get permits? I'd also like to know why they consistently and always fail graphic design. Do they think that aesthetics are a tool of Satan or something?

It's interesting, isn't it, how black people reflect well/badly on all black people, but white people are responsible only for their own actions? I agree with you that it's true- white people will condemn all blacks for the actions of a few. It's one of the primary overt racist tropes in our culture. |

WTF? I live in Mobile, and this is the first I've heard of these nutjobs. They haven't gotten any local coverage that I can recall. Just another chapter in the ongoing "Oh, sh&%t, not Alabama AGAIN!" saga.
p.s. - The story y'all were talking about when Jesus rubbed spit in the guy's eyes - it was a blind man, and Jesus was curing him of his blindness. Note: This does not work when you use pepper spray!!!!
