Then I saw how two of the board members had to hide for their own personal safety and while I was outraged, I had to giggle. The demented little fuckers finally resorted to "violent" outbursts instead of just insane ones. Their offensiveness, coupled with the violence, just got them one step closer to censor. And now: ...Ehh, what am I thinking, they'll get a slap on the wirst. Their behavior is unbecoming of any member of congress but they won't get kicked out like they ought to. They'll be forced to apologize and then they'll keep their idiocy under wraps for another few months until the issue comes up again. We need an impeachment by reason of sheer stupidity amendment.

I always wondered where she got the gal to suggest someone else isn't a natural born citizen when she was born in the fucking USSR? It’s a rules thing, not a principle. She doesn’t have to be a natural born citizen to qualify for her job. The President of the United States does. She is not saying that President Obama is a bad person for not being a natural born citizen. She is saying he is a bad person for allegedly lying about his citizenship to illegally hold the job. |

If liberal congresspeople had been so violent as to force conservatives to hide from them, police would have layed in with truncheons and pepper spray, they would have been screamed at in the media for three years, becoming the first example of liberal violence in 40 years- and then they would have been frog-marched out of congress forever. And probably exiled.

I do hope those unruly congress members get reprimanded for their behavior, but since they are conservatives I am not expecting anything to actualy happen.

Conservatives have been able to get away with physical violence on Capitol Hill (I think that one actually got away with killing another Senator with his cane, or at least beating him to within an inch of his life, on the Senate floor) since at least the nineteenth century. (In fact, my example given was in the 1800s, when a "fire-eater", that is, a pro-slavery extremist, brutally attacked an abolitionist for saying that slavery was wrong.) Face it, conservatives can do anything they want. Even when a liberal is president, conservatives can still do anything they want. I vote that we exile them to Canada, so that the Canadians learn to appreciate what those of us in the US have to go through... |

Fuck that, why do you wanna fuck up Canada? They have their own crazies up there.. it's just a different flavor from our crazies. Besides, we NEED Canada to be more awesome than we are, to show us comparitively just how bad we still suck.

It's hard not to be better when in the US people openly hostile to 99.99% of the population get routinely elected (and re-elected). I wonder how long will it take for the quality of life for most of the USians will drop below of that in Brazil (my estimation: about 100 years, perhaps even sooner). |
