About as disgusting as you might thinkNO ABORTION EVEN IF YOU WERE RAPED OR A VICTIM OF INCEST! BECAUSE THAT'S HOW GOD WANTS IT! TAKE YOUR SIN BABY TO TERM YOU HUSSY WHORE! Really these people aren't about forgiveness. They're about punishment. And only punishment. Because women who get raped are just asking for it by wearing pants. Ironbite-or short skirts.

Excuse me, I have to go burn Texas to the ground. I cannot believe I'm saying this, but can you please not? At least not until the end of the week; I have friends there for break.

The Republicans should change their party slogan to, "Fuck Humans, It's All About the Zygote."

I could accept their pro-life views if they really were pro-life. That means they would also have to be anti-war, anti-death penalty, wanting to help feed the poor, but no. All they care about is making sure fetuses are carried to term. After that, fuck them.

Look, I don't forgive either. Absolutely nothing that conservatives can do will redeem their reputation in my eyes. And of course, I have not forgiven the American public for moving to the political right at the same time that the entire rest of the free world moved to political left. I can only imagine how much better the US would be if Reagan had never been elected. And this is why I despise the generation of the 1930s. They were too young to fight in World War II, and grew up to be ultraconservatives.

I was born in 1932. I consider myself a Progressive. Admittedly this is somewhat anecdotal, but let's generalize a tad less.

So Mr. Perry is going to raise a bunch of unwanted rape babies? I sure hope so. Otherwise, that would make him a hypocrite. You know, because claiming to support "traditional Christian values" while throwing gay people and the poor under the bus doesn't.

I have not forgiven the American public for moving to the political right at the same time that the entire rest of the free world moved to political left. That's completely ahistorical. From 1932-1975 the US developed a near-adequete social welfare program, moderated the standard tyrannical violations of the right to collective bargaining and even deliberately ended a major depression with Keynesian policy. Truman almost developed efficient health insurance (until Southerners were reminded that black people would get to use it and used their traditional veto over the beliefs of the rest of the country). Even Eisenhower was pretty good. Crazy conservative idiocy returned under Carter and Reagen.

America was at its best just before then.
