I'm using VisualBoy Advance (GB/GBC/GBA emulation), ePSXe (PS1/PSX emulation), zsnesw (SNES emulator, windows build), fceux (NES), and gens (Sega Genesis).
And I'm currently playing Final Fantasy IX.
Completely stuck on LoZ: The Minish Cap (and it's only the second dungeon -- AACK!)
The others I toy around with every now and then when I feel like something different.
Oh, and DOSBOX, for the old-school computer games.
What do you use?

MAME. Far, far too much. And I'm not even pretending I do so legally, either.

Nobody uses them legally. Nobody.

In that case, I don't have to worry about asking if there's any such thing as a DS emulator, except for sounding ignorant, which I do every time I step foot in the Science & Technology forum, anyway.
That's right. Without even saying anything, I've already sounded ignorant, upon entering.

I don't know if there's anything that emulates the DS, and I imagine due to the two-screen design and the fact that one of them is touch-sensitive that it would be difficult to do. But I can look into it.
ETA: I've found a few, but ATM they're all works in progress -- they emulate a few features, and may or may not run ROM files. I'd suggest waiting for a workable emulator with decent support for commercial ROMs.

I use Gens and Visual Boy Advance, although not that much lately. Completely legally, of course...

I use Zsnes, pSX (an emulator that doesn't require plug-ins, although it still needs that one file. It's kinda like playing the game on a playstation + some minor lag), Visual Boy Advance (currently playing Mother 3 on it), Nestopia, and DOSBox.
However, I have a hard time finding GBA ROMs (I had to get Mother 3 from a friend of mind). It's a pity, because I'd love to play some of the GBA Pokemon games now that they're obsolete, but for some reason ROM Sites (which... roms are illegal already, right?) can't distribute them because certain specific ROMs are considered "super illegal" or something.
Oh, and there IS an emulator that can do DS stuff quite well, if the Youtube videos are any indication. I think it's called No$GBA or something along those lines.

According to the Wiki articles, 358/2 Days won't be using the touch screen, so I don't see why they didn't just release it on both handhelds.
Regardless, since I'm [currently--I might change my mind] planning to get a PS3, I can't really get a DS, too, especially not to play 1 game. But I really wanna play that game!

The vast majority of my emulation happens on my PSP. I've got GPSP (GBA), Masterboy (GBC) and SNES9x (SNES, duh).

I don't think linking to ROM/ISO images (or system BIOS images for that matter) is a wise idea. Linking to the emulators is fine, as they're quite legal. That said, my choice of emulators is: Amiga: WinUAE (Can emulate anything from the A500 to the A4000, as well as the CDTV and CD32) NES: FCEUXSNES: ZSNES or bsnesN64: Project 64GB/GBC/GBA: VBA-m (It's a merge of a lot of changes made after the original developers of VBA stopped) DS: NO$GBAGenesis/MegaDrive: Kega Fusion (handles the SMS, GG, SegaCD and 32X as well) Saturn: SSF (the official SSF site is in Japanese, so I've linked to a much handier site) PS1: pSX emulatorPS2: PCSX2GameCube: DolphinEdit: I also use MAME Plus! over the official MAME builds.

Shit, Mantorok, NOBODY uses these legally, and nobody's ever been brought up on charges for it.
The RIAA has already proven just how futile it is to try and get this shit into court.

Mantorok: If the DS thing works, I will fucking love you. But not lovingly fuck you.
<_<

Unless you want me to, that is.
