I made this little video around a small wave file I found on my dad's machine. It was, originally, some speech FDR gave that came with our edition of Wave Studio (back in the 90's). Well...I decided it would be fun to butcher it and make it something totally stupid, so I did. This is the end result of a bored pre-pubescent kid with sound editing software and a retarded sense of humor.
