I'm looking for some music-making software; I need something relatively simple or at least easy-to-learn and something that's good with orchestral music, like what's in the video below (sans lyrics). Anyone got any suggestions as to what would best fit my situation? It doesn't have to provide the absolute best quality out there, just good.
