I was able to get a good watch for about half an hour, and saw 10 meteors in that time (would've stayed longer, but I was alone and trespassing on a soccer field to get a good view, so I wasn't inclined to stick around). I didn't actually see anything until about 10 minutes in.
So, what luck are the others here having?

'Fraid I can't. We've had nothing in the sky but a bigass stratus cloud for days now. It makes me sad.

West coast, too cloudy
Although my niece watched it in Calgary and said it was really cool.
I want to move back to Alberta, somehow I have to get back.

I saw like two out of the corner of my eyes, then a giant cloud swallowed the sky and it started raining. Fucking weather.

I'd love to, but it won't happen. First, I'm working early shift, I have to get up at half past four in the morning. Second, I live in fucking Norway, next to the north pole. It's not dark until eleven in the evening. And last, but not least, It is so cloudy I can't even spot the sun, let alone a meteor.

Been cloudy and too much light pollution since I live in a city.

Don't feel too bad. I'm on the east coast, & it's no better.
...This thread's depressing.

Too cheer thread up some. Often when I was a kid, my family would go to the family farm this time of year. The farm is on a mountain, and when you got up in the upper fields away from the house and it was cloudless, the meteor shower could be quite spectacular.

How the Hell does that cheer anything up?
I have see a meteor shower. I was just looking forward to being able to do it while I wasn't half-asleep.
