"If your religion is true how and why is every single other one made up?"
All I ever get is ignored or some crap about 'respecting other religions' when by claiming one as true they're admitting they either: A. believe in all gods, making them a polythiest. B. or they dont think any of those other gods are real and the other religions have no evidence.

I usually get something about how only Jesus of all prophets claimed to be God, so clearly he must be the real deal.

Aside from all of the circular reasoning of "It's true because we have the bible and the bible says it's true and the bible is true because it's the word of god and this is true because the bible says it is so it's true", I've never actually heard anybody give a real concrete answer to that question. People just dance around it most of the time. Either that or they start making noises about other faiths being "a tool of the devil" to "lead people astray from (insert their particular flavour of Christianity here)". But that's not any more a REAL answer than "cuz uv teh bybull."

There's that **** ****** fellow. He's copied Gary Habermas' Minimal Facts Approach and tried to pass it off that Jesus was indeed resurrected, so you don't have an excuse when you meet Bob and Doug Mac... err God on the Great White Throne (eh). It's supposed to be somehow different because a number of scholars agree that Jesus was a preacher, died and was resurrected three days later, Paul knew Jesus personally and it's somehow supposed to mean that it's proof positive that Christianity is supposed to be the Real Mackenzie. I italicized that resurrected part because I can't figure out how scholars who largely understood what they called "magic" back then can agree that anyone rises from the dead fully healed. On the other hand, a simple Google search will provide plenty of entertainment about this "proof."

I've always heard that all the other religions are deliberate falsehoods made by Satan to send other people to Hell. Because Satan can be bothered to be all over the world all the time giving people false religious experiences and creating vastly varied lies, some of which seem similar to Teh Real Religion(tm) JUST TO BE MORE INSIDIOUS! But the real God, who is vastly more powerful, only could be bothered to send real prophets and/or his son/himself to a certain part of the world, and then he had to command mere mortals to spread the one true word to all those convincing Satan-religioned people without any concrete proof of why they had the one true religion.
Oh, or you know, the complete opposite for very liberal religious people who go with the whole God revealed himself to different people at different times in different ways, and if a religion is teaching you to love your neighbor and shit then God is down with it and listening while you pray, God doesn't care if you call him Yaweh, Allah, Krishna, or whatever else, or if you're not sure of his existence but are trying to be a good person then he's patting you on the back anyway and it's all cool. Which doesn't assert that other religions are wrong, so...

While I was attending church about 5 years back, the preacher would claim that the Bible is right because no other religions had their God die for their sins. Then he claimed it was because no other religion had their God die and be resurrected. Then he claimed that it was because no other religion had a holy text that was as universally accepted as the bible. THEN he claimed that no other religion had any recorded miracles.
Oddly, the whole died and resurrected thing involved in the first two reasons were borrowed from earlier religions, the Torah and the Koran are universally accepted amongst Jews and Muslims respectively and they always neglect to point out any recorded miracles that aren't in the bible.
