I had a movie last night with a few people, and we watched Taken and Eraser. Eraser was pretty good, simply because of Arnold's presence. Taken was alright too. Liam Neeson single-handedly attempted to destroy an entire gang.
We watched half of the movie Team America: World Police, which is from the creators of South Park and consists of a bunch of puppets as the characters. There was some cursing and a puppet sex scene (which I didn't get to see because my friend's mom made him skip it -- I'm 19, asshole). Luckily he let me borrow it to watch the hot puppet sex.

About to go watch Advent Children again since I've gotten my grubby little hands on the Complete Edition. Does it actually make the plot make sense? Or just more flashy fight scenes? Frankly either is as good.

the last movie I saw was Battlefield Earth over the internet with a handful of friends, mocking the thing.

I watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit last night for the first time in years. It was my favorite movie when I was in like 3rd grade. ;D

Clash of Titans 3d. Ok; see the regular not the 3d.
Angels and Demons. Altered some of the less believable scenes in the book; which was good. Changed who became Pope; which I saw no need for so I did not like.

I was screaming "SCIENCE DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY!" within a minute. That's a new personal best.

I saw The Hurt Locker a few days ago. I must say it was pretty good I thought, although the realism was more than a little off.
Rule #1 of bomb disposal: Never ever ever EVER E.V.E.R. send anyone anywhere near it. This is especially true for bombs that are remote-detonated, and are there for the purpose of killing the very people who are trying to disarm it.

"Perrier's Bounty". Thoroughly decent Irish Gangster flick, with Cillian Murphy and Brendan Gleason, amongst others. Should be out in real cinemas in other bits of the world soon enough, and is a pretty decent way to put in an hour and a half.

Repo Men - cross whirlwind WTF action of Brazil with gritty real-life like psychos of Training Day add a dash of Blade Runner or A Clockwork Orange and voila - distopia future where medical science has invented artificial everything-for a price, and if you can't pay... less 'your-brain-on-drugs' than Brazil- more cautionary tail-of-the-future then Training Day - entertaining if not exactly uplifting... Did make me want to go back and watch Brazil again though...

Peacock - www.imdb.com/title/tt1188113/If Norman Bates had learned to live with the abuse...and moved to Iowa - this might be his story. Thought provoking right up till the end... when there was no resolution and the movie just ended. An intriguing story. highlight over the words between the spoiler tags to see the spoiler better if you want.
