Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death. Dubbed. Worst idea ever, I have never hated so many voices in my entire life. And Rebuild of Evangelion 1.0: You Can (Not) Advance dubbed. Honestly not much difference between the sub and dub unlike Death which had the worse voice actors ever, Rebuild did not. EDIT: Forgot to mention the Green Hornet. I don't remember the Evangelion dub as having horrible voices (at least compared to most dubs) but then again it's been quite a while since I watched it. Does this mean that the Rebuild has different voices than the original series? |

True Grit (2011) The dialogue is bloody brilliant. The best western film to come around in a very long time.
Tekkon Kinkreet (2006) Well done piece of animation about two orphans "Black & White" trying to save their home, Treasure Town, from yakuza.
Cronos (1993) Totally didn't know Ron Perlman was in this until I started watching. Definitely one of those "never heard of, but surprisingly well acted films" and an interesting take on vampirism.
Scott Pilgrim VS the World (2010) I liked it and am actually playing the game right now as well. The third level vegan guy is fucking annoying to fight.
Spiral (2007) Joel David Moore and Amber Tamblyn. Story of a severely troubled artist and his love interest. If you ignore the weird love music video scene, it's an interesting watch.
Antichrist (2009) There are no words to express how fucked up this film is. Someone let an art kid make a horror movie and while some parts are visually stunning the story makes little sense and involves porn actor stand-ins and the mutilation of body parts. Also chaos fox, yelling bird and emo doe.
Ratcatcher (1999) *SPOILER* Probably one of the most depressing movies I've ever watched. Grinding poverty meets Scotland meets drunken father meets teenage hooker meets killing your best friend with a side of no happy ending for anyone EVER.
The Street of Crocodiles (1986) Stop motion short film by the brothers Quay. Very gloomy, akin to childhood nightmares.

Does this mean that the Rebuild has different voices than the original series? I didn't watch the dub of the series, so I'm not sure how it compares to the dub for Rebuild. On Topic: Resident Evil: Afterlife. Aside from the ending I enjoyed it much like the rest of the Resident Evil movies. Could have used more zombies. The Spirit. I liked it. The fight between the Octopus and The Spirit around the middle of the movie was pretty damn funny as well as the literally bumbling henchmen. |

Tron: Legacy. It was pretty good considering I was never really a big Tron fan. The chick was probably one of the few girls I could say without reservation is adorable. The boy? Not quite as much. I've been too spoiled on cute guys.
