Last night I watched Appleseed (2004) for the second time, and today I watched Appleseed Ex Machina for the first time.
I was a bit disappointed about the latter's rather 'vanilla' visual style compared with the former's, but it wasn't so bad.

TRON Legacy. I found that it's enjoyable if you forget the first movie ever existed and try to watch it along as some mindless fun. like it seems with most sci-fi movies, i'd watch it again, but there's just so much you can pick on. despite this, i found it mildly entertaining. I agree, it was pretty good. I never saw the original. I probably won't, as I'm guessing it would suck in comparison.

Few days ago I watched Blood. Interesting anf funny yet disturbing movie about a junkie and her brother arguing about a variety of topics.
And today I watched Revenge of the Nerds and Revenge of the Nerds II.

Matilda. I'd like to blame the fact there was nothing else on TV, but truth is I love that movie.

Princess and the Frog. Funny movie, great villain song, and it helps I'm a hopeless romantic.

Last movie I watched was Splice. Seemed more like a whacked out drama than a horror.

Went and saw Black Swan this past weekend.
It was really awful, just proving (again) that if you slap an "art" or "indy" label on a movie, the critics will praise it for fear of being outed as worthless con artists.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death. Dubbed. Worst idea ever, I have never hated so many voices in my entire life.
And Rebuild of Evangelion 1.0: You Can (Not) Advance dubbed. Honestly not much difference between the sub and dub unlike Death which had the worse voice actors ever, Rebuild did not.
EDIT: Forgot to mention the Green Hornet.
