So, since my old MP3 player is running out of space (I never knew I could use up 2 gigs of space so fast), I've decided to get a new one. What I haven't decided yet, is what brand I want. I haven't had any experience with any apple products, or anything by Zune (my current mp3 player is a Sansa). I'd like to get a lot of space, and I need something either durable, or it comes with a protective case since I tend to drop things a lot. Touch screen would be nice, but not necessary. I love lots of extras, so wifi, add-ons, and radio would be awesome.
For those who don't know...What MP3 player are you using?
Edit: I removed the color option, 'cause of skins.

I'm using neither a Zune or iPod. I myself refuse to use Apple products, so I opted for a Creative Zen X-Fi. There's newer versions out, but the version I got is the 8GB version, which doesn't come with wi-fi capability (it is for the 16GB version instead). Sound quality is great though... without the X-Fi bells and whistles on though. It kinda sounds weird when they are turned on.

I have a Sansa as well. I'm able to hold about 30 albums in it, which I found impressive for 2GB. If I could, I would probably go for a Zune. You can get designs engraved on them, which I think is bad ass.

The Zune is a cheaper option, but the iPod has a better variety of content on the iTunes store (in terms of music, videos, and apps/games). The apps/games situation on the Zune will probably improve with time though.

The new Zune HD is verra verra sexay
I use a Zune, because I refer the Zune software to the pile of shit that is iTunes (not that Zune software isn't a pile of shit. People are right in that the actual store selection is better in iTunes, but that isn't really a concern for me since I got in the habit of getting my music elsewhere (legally) due to the DRM issue. As for TV shows, I refuse to pay for current episodes and will actually wait for the season to come out if I can't find it for free. Buying movies on iTunes is just stupid. The apps stores are only good if you are getting an iPod touch or Zune HD. Zune HD doesn't have much in the way of apps, but it also just came out last week. The SmartDJ playlisting system in Zune is awesome, and I actually use it on my current Zune to change the music automatically for me. It is based on the music genome project, so if you keep up on rating the songs you love and don't like, it puts together very good mixes.

I have Zune with Creative. I don't use I-products. I like that I can put my mp3's straight on my mp3 player, I don't have to use I-tunes and my music works everywhere I don't need an mp4 player. Stupid I tunes.

Eeh, I don't bother with MP3 players in general, that's what I have a porto CD player and burnable CDs for.

I own an iPod. I used to be a huge champion of Creative, but they dicked me over twice. Their lack of service after their own updates bricked my last Zen really pissed me off. So I grabbed an iPod and never looked back. I still don't like Apple and probably never will, but it's a solid Mp3 player. Now if only they'd get rid of the "one way transfer" and stop trying to make the unit even more proprietary...

Ipod, had it for three years, dropped it with no case many times and nothings wrong with it. Just a good mp3 player.

Hell, if I could find a cheap one that played CDs reliably, I'd totally get an old mid-90's style boombox. You know the type, the ones you hold over your shoulder like a bazooka. Hell yeah!

The zune HD looks good. I think I'll be able to cut back on the cost by getting it on ebay. I know a couple of sellers that I get my electronics from, and they offer a 1 year warranty on all their large electronics. :3 Thanks for your help, guys.
Now...to get some money...
