Does anyone else find it telling in the crucified "White heterosexual Christian male" example, that he's also starkly blond? Just a little point of observation.

Of course he's blond. Blonde is perfection!

Why do the angels look like the Gorn from Star Trek?

Was that one of LoneWolf's attempts at artwork?

The funny thing is, those angels are about as much of an accurate depiction of angels as the human angels.
That is to say, not at all.
Bayonetta got it much closer. Which makes Christianity a stealth Fridge Horror.

I thought those were snake men. Which reminded me of a bad episode of CSI involving a cult of snake people worshippers or some shit.

Was that one of LoneWolf's attempts at artwork? Linda Polley, actually. Although she claims she was channeling Jesus when she drew it. Meanwhile, going back to this cartoon from earlier... ...which has also clearly been photoshopped, I stumbled across the original: Interesting.

I don't get the 'shopping. The photoshopped version was posted at an English nationalist forum which felt that England should leave the UK; it branded itself as pro-English, anti-British. Someone must have agreed with the general gist of the cartoon but felt the need to amend it so as not to be on the same page as the evil pro-British forces of English opression. (If you want a rough American equivalent, imagine a Texan seccessionist taking a cartoon and replacing an "I love USA" with "I love Texas") EDIT: And whaddya know, that wasn't the original, this is. Why someone decided to change "British Media" to "Establishment", though, that I can't explain...
