Society shouldn't have to "teach" people that other people have rights to the control and use of their own body; And when it's society itself that needs to be taught this lesson, then what the fuck.

Not really a protest sign, but I guess it makes a point:

There has been some debate about those tents in front of Best Buy because some people were talking about #OccupyBestBuy as in... not camping out for deals but just... occupying.

It's a protest on the double standard. And all they need to do is point it out.

But the sign didn't say she was drunk, just that she drank. It says she drank too much. Doesn’t that generally imply some level of drunkenness? What else would one mean by “too much”? (Not any sort of judgment here. Just trying to get a grip on what is being said.)

YOU'RE TAKING THAT OUT OF CONTEXT /fundie Horribly defended here www.berenddeboer.net/sab/dt/22.htmlApparently "tokens of virginity" means once a woman has sex with her husband she'll bleed because her hymen will break. And IIRC, that's a horrible way of telling virginity. @smurfy- Link isn't working.

I'm pretty sure they're all illegal, but the commercially based ones are tolerated because they are very short term and encouraged by the owners of the property they are on. Occupy Wallstreet was camped out in Zuccotti Park for two months (with plans to stay longer), and was not supported by the owners of the property. Somewhat different circumstances.
