Someone at the CDC is taking the piss. There is no way, no way in hell, this is actually real advice. No, it's real, they are giving the same advice for a zombie apocalypse as they would for any other emergency. The CDC is just using zombies in order to draw attention.

No, it's real, they are giving the same advice for a zombie apocalypse as they would for any other emergency. "Aim for the head." Which works just as effectively on a hurricane as a zombie.
