Yeah, at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Differences between that and this include: not an exclusively Republican event, was not kicked out.

It wasn't an exclusively Republican event, but he almost exclusively ridiculed Dubya, who was sitting a few feet to his right. It was quite good, well worth a watch.

I can't tell you if its really a continuation, since he almost exclusively focuses on the Republican parts of the speech, but I think that was the point.
