Sadly, there is no legal standing to sue them. A private retail establishment can refuse service to anyone they like and they don't have to even provide a reason. The worst this unfortunate couple can do is be as loud as possible about it and give the store as much bad publicity as possible. Except that all the Good Christians will now rush to that shop... |
