Here it is. The light blue parts of the bars is the deficit mainly caused by the Bush era tax cuts for the wealthy. And it is important to remember that while Repubs in congress have said they might support the payroll tax cut extension as long as it is offset by spending cuts, they have made no such demand for extending those tax cuts for the wealthy. Those, it seems, must be maintained at any cost.
