Val and Peter were smart enough, but not of the right level of aggression.) Still silly. They act like adults. I just can't believe that. They should have been 14/15, then it would have been okay. Back then, the internet was fairly new to the populace at large, In 2011, it isn't. It's now become clear that you couldn't take over the world with anonymous, unendorsed internet posts, no matter how clever they are. Making a book where two characters do that (and why was that plot included at all, by the way?) silly. I've met plenty of 11 year olds. 9 years ago I was one. 11 year olds can act relatively mature (one can be more mature than another) but they are not adults- no matter how much they've been 'bred' to be adults. Certain urges, for instance, do not exist-and, no matter what some author says, that makes a huge difference to everything. The body and brain of an 11-year old is not close to being as devloped as an adult. 11-year olds have been able to read for, at most, 9 years. That is not enough time to get the experience of an adult, to learn the skills of adults, to gain the understanding adults get from failure.. You can't mistake an 11-year old for an adult, not in writing, nor in person. It was silly to make them 11, they should have been teenagers. Look at real 11-year old soldiers. Do they act like the rank-and-file ones in the book? No. Not at all. Well thanks for that condescending advice. I'll have you know I've read it cover-to-cover. |

The "Tuxedo Mask + All the Sailor Scouts rape Sailor Chibi Moon as a 7th B-Day Present" fic really made me not want to live on this planet anymore. It starts with Tuxedo Mask deciding he should be the one to take her virginity because he's her father. It goes downhill from there. The lowest point? Two fists and two feet...someplace that they should not be. Only Rob Bricken's (I read this in a Fan Fiction Friday column) hilarious commentary made it less horrifying. |

Well, this has turned into some sort of pissing contest: No, I read the worst fanfic. However, not being much of a fanfic fan (except for 40K and some Star Wars EU stories), that hat one was the worst I've read.

Horrible as it is, that's tame compared to anything by Sailor Indigo. Naw, it was the worst fanfic I saw covered by Topless Robot when I looked last night. Though Beast Boy being used as a scat fetish sex toy by Raven (both Teen Titans) was pretty bad, though more nightmare fuel than anything else. |

That bit is why i consider it to be tame, it's so impossible that it takes me out of it and reminds me that it's just an aweful fanfic. whereas Squick, and Lara Croft on Cannibal Island I'd say is worse, if only because the acts are depicted in such a way as to make them feel very realistic.
