No, stands out too much. If they made it explicitly Mormon, they couldn't go to Missouri. Extermination Order, you see.

I'll take that to mean you don't want to be a man and admit to being wrong about something. Go fuck yourself, twice. Here, to help your martyr complex. "I wash my hands of you." I'm done, your purposely misrepresenting the entire argument that's been presented for 10 pages, just to try and save face. Everyone. EVERYONE here knows this. Do you honestly think that anyone on this board doesn't think ill of you? This post is amazing. Irony is more powerful than reason!

So the freemasons are now a protype for Facebook. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? Does Skyfire know how ridiculous that sounds? It's almost convincing, aw, forget it! Skyfire will never think outside the box his magic underwear.

Was that actually meant as a euphemism, or is my mind having too much fun making things dirty?

So not only didn't you provide screens of this new edition that nobody else has seen, but you're trying to pretend these other parts are relevant. Jesus H Fictitious Christ! Couldn't make it over to the copy machine; the door to the room was locked and I don't have a key. Otherwise, I'd have made some scans of the pages. But since a certain someone proved that he had access to the complete scans the entire time but chose to not divulge the full pages, including the parts that kinda worked against his argument,... Are you goddam fucking insane? Oh wait, that right there's the trifecta in spades. Denial, distortion and delusional projection... 1/. The photocopier and Fort Knox does not help your argument of the openness of the church does it. 2/. Dumbass, I summarised the entire thing in context, and referred to that in full twice, and mentioned on about 10 (sadly)other occasions why you were wrong! The entire sections have been posted. What I said has been corroborated by at least 4 other people. In the meantime, you lied, lied again, lied even further, and I wont waste the next page categorising how much further you went. 3/. What you said it explicitly said was explicitly wrong, and your perpetual snipping does not 'kinda' support your fatuous, illogical, erroneous, self important claim of deflecting incompetence away from yourself, or the fact that church has absolutely no interest in supporting you, or having you as a mouthpiece, in exactly the same way the parts of the chapter that were summarised by me and not quoted directly DIDN'T 'kinda' work against my 'argument', no matter how far your thick head is shoved up your fat oily ass!

Okay folks. Talked with the bishop today, and he let me look through the Handbook of Instructions for as long as I pleased... completely unattended. That screen cap showing the material from the 2006 edition? It's only a fraction of what's on the page. The photo depicts a a third of a single column, meaning that the bulk of the relevant information was cut off. So, here's some of what was chopped off of that page: A few paragraphs down, we have this as well: Then flipping over to page 93, we have: So there you have it, folks. The scan from the 2006 edition missed the point at best and was done up deceptively at worst. Now, about those apologies...? wow, you were privileged to be able to look thru the handbook Bet you don't even realise how much that makes your religion fit the textbook definition of a destructive cult No regular religion , such as the roman catholic or judaic religions, have secret handbooks They are OPEN . Do you understand? OPEN. While all their beliefs and practices may not be great at least they don't keep secrets. They are OPEN about everything.

Except he was posting the relevant portions of a page to counter-indicate your claim that it was from an old edition. You want an apology based on things that weren't said. And you still haven't demonstrated your claims are true.

And I thought you had to get temple endowment to become a missionary.

Skyfire has followed a set Mormon apologist schedule, ala Hugh Nibley. Nibley's "book", "No, Ma'am, That's Not History" is a fine example. In it, Nibley takes on Fawn Brodie's book, "No Man Knows My History", a well-documented and thoroughly researched biography of Joseph Smith, and erects numerous strawmen, false analogies, obfuscations, misquotes and outright lies to "deconstruct" the book.
Nibley's work was heralded in Mormon circles, but actually fails to deconstruct the work using the actual words of the book, rather, he homes in on points that Brodie qualifies with words like "tales" or "gossip", and ignores the documented truth she established in her book. In the end, the only supporters of Nibley's views are Mormons, who needed no such excercise to maintain their beliefs.
Skyfire, you have taken Nibley's "abilities" far beyond. Bravo.

Someone needs to make a religion vs everyone else card game like Magic The Skyfire card "Immune to logic and reasoning +5 stupidity +10 Apologetic -12 History" Phhhht, what about the effects. +5 stupidity is actually a group effect on all surrounding cards. There is a 3 turn penalty where cards are dealt but not acted on while everything derails, until the skycard eventually is removed from play after shooting itself in the foot again and cancelling itself out of existence.

I admit it, I'm not big on Magic. But the idea of having a religious version just was, well, hysterical. The Phelps card, instantly blows everything religious to shit by the amount of hate it brings onto religion
