Hold on, I'm a political science major and I think I missed something in my education. Don't spending bills need to be approved by both houses of congress?
And royally fuck John Boehner!!

It's only ok when conservatives are spending huge amounts of money. Especally since DOMA is just another part of their "small government."

Is there a way Obama can override this? I'm thinking something about separation of powers.

How come the Executive arm of government doesn't get some say in the making of this executive decision (allocation of spending).

Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives" This has long been interpreted to mean the budget comes from the House

Small government in action. I wonder how people can be stupid enough to vote for a party that has repeatedly proven himself to be even worse than the alternative in just about every point. American politics are a joke, and fiscal conservatism is the punchline.

WTF is this Shit?!
I thought we had to cut spending on everything in order to maintain out tax cuts for the obscenely rich.
Oh, excuse me. For the “Job Creators”

Conservatives in the US government have become very adept at the whole "Do What We Say, Not What We Do" paradigm. Sure, they are against government interference in your personal life...unless you are doing something in your personal life that they find objectionable. They are against government regulation of business...unless the government is regulating businesses that compete with yours. They are against taxes...unless the person taxed happens to be middle or lower class.
Remember: Conservative Freedom Means the Freedom To Be Conservative!

WTF is this Shit?! I thought we had to cut spending on everything in order to maintain out tax cuts for the obscenely rich. Oh, excuse me. For the “Job Creators” Here's a thought: Tax the shit out of the rich and corporations..... then give them tax breaks for every fucking job they actually create. Isn't that what they keep telling all us non-rich? That you shouldn't get anything you haven't earned? Well, make 'em fucking EARN their tax breaks.
