Digging out my copy of The Naked Gun. Might as well have a small marathon for the whole trilogy.

The Most Dangerous Game. Fuck that was old I think I've seen that. Is that the one where this guy is running around on some rich guy's property and the rich guy is hunting him and he ends up hiding in a cave or something?

Salt - Flawed but solid piece of thriller, coulda been more though. On the other hand, Ms Jolie is one of the the last few Hollywood great ladies around - just awesomely watchable.

The list of movies I have watched this week is thus:
Constantine. Keanu Reeves murdered the part. Shea LeBoufe or however you spell his name was annoying in pretty much every scene he was in. Then he died hilariously by being slammed into the ceiling repeatedly. I lol'd. Tilda Swinton as Gabriel was a good fit. Best actor choice.
Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. I liked a musical. Wow. Doesn't hurt that Joss Whedon worked on it, so it was pretty much made to be hilarious, cheesy and camp.
Then, I watched The Host. The monster was cool, but the bit with the virus was ultimately confusing. What was up with that? The government obviously was lieing, but for what purpose? It's never really explained. It's one of those things that grates at me.

"Winter's Bone." Dark, grim, a movie that pretty much grabs you by the shirt, kicks you in the balls, drags you through manure and assrapes you... when it's in a good mood.
That said, I actually liked the film. A 17-year-old girl has to care for her little brother and sister and their oblivious mom, after her tweaker dad deserts them. And they are in danger of losing their home because the dad put his property up for bail... and he never showed for court. So the girl is off to find her dad... or his body... with reluctant help (after initial opposition) from her coke-snorting loser of an uncle. She meets several characters that make the yahoos of "Deliverance" look positively genteel. Though it's filmed in Missouri, I can easily see something like this take place in south Georgia.

Downstairs (1932) This has to be one of my many favorite pre-code films, John Gilbert is great as the slimy, lying, blackmailing, stealing, and seducing chauffeur.

I saw Four Lions last weekend. One of the best films I've seen in years.

Attack Of the killer Tomatoes. Its worse than it sounds. I never saw the movie, but I have vague memories of watching a cartoon show based on it when I was very young.

I forget to post here so there's a backlog.
Summer's Moon: Terrible but funny. Crap ending. Splice: An abortion of film. Casablanca: the SO is on a vintage movie kick from Netflix. It's not bad. Good for classical film enthusiasts. Yojimbo: Always good, more subtle humor then I remember. Dr. Strangelove: Could watch it over and over and do. The Human Centipede - First Sequence: Watching the Japanese guy yelling was the only amusing part. Godzilla - Final Wars: So bad it's hilarious. The Yes Men: Fun documentary, I lol'd. Funny Games: Very WTH, but I would suggest it to horror buffs. House of 1,000 Corpses: I dig this up and rewatch it for shits and giggles every once in a while. Beer, fried food and lack of pants is usually involved. Cartoon Noir: Kind of experimental animation shorts. You have to really like art to enjoy the film. Dumpster Baby: Quite possibly the worst film in history that has nothing to do with a baby in a dumpster. It will occasionally make you laugh, but for the most part it's so bad that it's just bad.
Edit: Funny Games the original film, not the English remake.

Totally agree about Dr. Strangelove, never seen any of the others.
