the reason I found this website in the first place was because we shared a computer. I never had a youtube account so I used his whenever i wanted to make a comment because it was easy. sometimes I went through his old videos and talked to people.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you said that he told you about it, and how we were as examples as human beings. I hate to sound like I'm being disrespectful about him, but it does seem like the kind of thing he'd do as a joke. ETA: here it is

Umm, that video is over a year old. 11 February 2008, not 2009. Last video posted of his chronologically was December 2008. Couldn't the login be the doing of the person in order to spread the news to whoever Darck knew on Youtube? So far, everything checks out (at least with dates and stuff). www.youtube.com/user/GearsOfChainsaw bottom of page 3 of the comments on this guys profile, Darck was posting 1 month ago, which strongly suggests he wasn't entirely in a coma, aside from anything it still says last login 1 hour ago. I'm starting to doubt this, I mean Darck was a troll, and this would make an excellently executed troll, but I still don't like to say anything certain yet. True, his absence could have resulted from something less severe, or just him wandering off. And with that comment alone, this story becomes less believeable. I don't see where it shows that account making any comments or anything happening on YouTube. At least, not yet. Do you know if it's possible to find them? Not sure, other than looking with perseverance. Unless he activates the comments to be alerted on the recent activity bit, then there's not much else.

Well, the first sign of grief is denial, I guess maybe we just don't want to believe it. It's not meant to be an inquisition at all, and I'm sorry you feel that way.

I am really sorry if all this is true, but there are just trying to make sure this is true. It would be awfully easy to make it as a cheap joke. I don't think anyone wants this to be true so everyone is looking for signs that is not.

Sorry about that, a bit of a siege mentality around here at times due to a few incidents in the past. I'm going off the assumption this is true as a lot of it falls into place and frankly I'm not going to hold someone to the dates on something like this. I appreciate knowing and really wish he'd had a better shot at things. I don't know how much he came around in real life, but he made considerable progress from another 4chan kid to actual commentary while he was here.

Honestly, this sounds fishy to me. I would not be the first time that someone has trolled FSTDT like that. I reserve judgment and make no accusations or implications, but it just doesn't ring solid to me. Not just yet.
Of course, if it is true, my heartfelt condolences. But remember, FSTDT is chok full of suspicious bastards who take nothing at face value...

I'm proceeding under the assumption that it's true, and I offer my condolences. I know a number of people didn't like his posts, but for the most part I found them funny. But I also know I'm weird.
Best wishes,
Jay

I'm sorry to hear that. I lost a very close friend to a hypoglycaemic coma less than two months ago. It's a horrible thing to happen. You have my condolences.

Mihona, is there any kind of proof you can give besides posting here that this really happened? That would make everything above board.

You know what, I've been looking into this, and everywhere I look, Darck stopped posting on Jan 29th, pretty abruptly. So something happened Jan 30th, and whilst I suppose he could have just planned it as some sort of 'experiment' or taken advantage of a less serious absence, I can't seem to manage to believe it anymore. Besides, you must be going through a tough time Mihona, and I don't want to make it any worse by being an absolute git, I'm sorry, for what it's worth you can have my condolences, Darck was a good guy.

I always found Darck to be absolutely hilarious. Probably because we both have the same sense of humor and when him and Red got into an argument I would lurk just because of how funny it was watching them bicker back and fourth.
On more than one occassion he said he wanted to shoot up his school and then OD on insulin. Guess he'll never get to fulfill that.
Goodnight, sweet prince. You will be missed.
