Well, technically the plural should be "hoes", what with ending with an "o" and all, though there are exceptions to that particular rule.

Trying to apply prescriptive rules to orthography of neologisms in English makes me giggle. It's like watching someone repeatedly running headfirst into a wall in a desperate attempt to fit through the cat-flap.
