I'm 20, and I feel old now. I remember being heartbroken about the Spice Girls as well. I know what you mean. I'm only 20 myself and I remember pretty much everything on that list. The one about Surge not being sold in stores for 10 years now made me laugh because a friend of mine has cases of the stuff stockpiled in his basement. Won't let anybody drink it either; he says it's worth quite a bit of money.

I remember how excited I was in elementary school when we got our very own floppy disk...

I remember having Macarena parties in my backyard. I didn't know it was only 16 years old, though. I've always thought it had been around for much longer, but had suddenly became popular back then.

I don't turn 25 til December and that still made me feel old. Especially the bit about the Hansons, I had my first crush on Tyler Hanson when I was 11.
I'm depressed now.

I remember in middle school, my math teacher had these really old 80's computers with floppy disk games, and if we all made good grades we got to play the floppy disk games.

Ugh, I feel old. Hanson, Spice Girls, and the Macarena all were big things when I was in high school.
DAMN KIDS! GET OFF MY LAWN! <turns on the hose>

I really feel old now. I was in middle school for most of that stuff.
Also I had a crush on Clarissa.

I remember the Great Depression and World War II. That's okay, we're recreating the depression and I'm sure somebody is working on the next world war.

Ugh... going on 48. I remember rotary phones. And when you could hack a cable box with aluminum foil and get HBO...
And I felt guilty about having the hots for Kimberly, the Pink Power Ranger.
And I remember Clarissa before she got boobs.

Ugh... going on 48. I remember rotary phones. We still have a working rotary phone original to the house. It's wired into the wall, and for some reason, works when the power is out.

I didn't get most of the celebrity references, but everything else made me feel old (those "be kind, please rewind" stickers on rental videos, for example).

I'm 22 and I remember the Macarena, the Pepsi Girl (I was compared to her one year on Halloween in Hawaii), the Spice Girls...
Also. I miss Sporty Spice. I'm told Scary Spice now does workout tapes. And then there's Posh we all know what she does. No fucking clue what Ginger Spice does. Baby Spice is singing alone. But so is Sporty.
Also, The Taco Bell was in Legally Blonde 2 as Bruiser's mum.
No. I don't know why I know this.
Clarissa/Sabrina made me hot. And I was a young squirt.
