Last I checked it was about as successful as banning alcohol, except it didn't cause a whole mafia organization to support peoples needs illegally. Or that particularly steamy one about the chick who dressed up as a prostitute and slept with all of her dead husband's relatives until she got knocked up? Maybe the one where King David gets his voyeur groove on while Bathsheba is taking a bath, or the one about Abraham whoring our his wife to the king for gifts? Does offering up your daughters to a rape-hungry crowd in the place of two angels count as porn?
