I like how these geniuses fail to realize that protecting nature benefit humans too. All the litigation and protest signs in the world won't change the fact that we're living creatures whose well-being depends upon the environment we live in. If anything, it's the tea baggers who need to stop elevating the all mighty dollar above human life. How do they respond when people point out the money that eco-tourism brings in? E.g. the millions of dollars to local economies raised by people who might want to go and see manatees in the wild?

I know there's an online rule somwhere that if you bring Hitler into an argument, you automatically lose the argument.
There should be one for religion as well. If you use religion, its holy books, figures, etc. to back up your argument, you lose the argument immediately.
So saying The Bible is your source for argument is an auto FAIL, no matter what you're arguing.

The jury's out on the Bible. And the people who cite the Bible just shout louder if you try and argue its validity.

Religion: a tool for defending a position that is indefensible otherwise. It's "God's Will" that we hate you. Whoever you happense to be. And regardless of whether or not there's any evidence. If I lived in Florida...Well, I'd probably shoot myself...But otherwise, I'd be tempted to run down there with a "God Hates Manatees" poster, WBC style.

I will continue to make as much sense as Gogo the Dodo. Anyways, I think I've given my thoughts on this. The teatards are just opposing anything the local organizer tells them to do because well...it's easier. They don't wanna think about the consequences and they don't wanna think about stuff that's hard. Which is everything of course. Ironbite-they really are stupid.

So we stop protecting manatees so people can take their boats out on the water?
Really?
How about no?

I do sort of have the impression that "green" economy doesn't count when they are talking about financial matters.

How is environmental law against the Constitution? I don't have a fucking idea. I see nothing in the the Bill of Rights that says, "The right of the people to take their boats wherever they want, and by the way, fuck those manatees."
