Has anyone ever noticed that blood in Bleach always moves in graceful arcs?

So majestic, flying through the air. Like an eagle. Piloting a blimp.

So today I found an (non-professional) manga with a very interesting history. Sometime around June-July 2008, an anonymous girl created a thread on the Japanese 2ch.net message boards, (the same boards that 4chan's format is based on) asking for advice on how to hook up with another girl from her school. It ends up being much more successful than she had originally anticipated, and as they start to build a relationship, she keeps the thread updated on her progress while continuing to ask the Anons for advice. After the thread ended due to the 1000 post limit, it was then archived, becoming something of a legend on 2channel. Some time later, an artist on pixiv.net named "kurosada" created a manga adaptation of that thread called "Husky and Medley," (so-named after the codenames bestowed on them by the other users) using whatever details were provided. It was then translated by a couple of people on 4chan and dumped there. So, yeah. I found it on tvtropes, and it's probably one of the oddest concepts I've ever seen, with the added bonus that it's based on a true story and that you can find backups of the thread online. (which aren't very interesting if you can't read Japanese) It's also weapons grade D'awwwwww, if you're interested in that kind of thing. Apparently, if 4chan's sources are to be believed, the girls are still together and in college.

"I'm just Izaya Orihara, the info broker, not some evil villain."
Suspiciously Specific Denial.

Is anyone watching a horror anime for halloween?
I've watched the first two episodes of Rin: Daughters of mnemosyne and will hopefully watch the rest tomorrow. I just hope I can finish it before going to dad's, don't wanna have to explain why i'm watching a cartoon with naked, eviscerated women.

Halloween isn't big here, but coincidentally I finished the first series of Higurashi on Friday. And it still doesn't make much sense.
Also, has anyone seen Macross Frontier?

Is anyone watching a horror anime for halloween? Yeah, I watched one piece. Oh, the Thriller Bark arc is my favourite~ I would've re-read it this week or so, if I hadn't just re-read the whole series a month or two ago when volume 58 came out.

Welp, I finished Rin.
That was... interesting. One thing I noticed though and seems to be happening with anime in particular is sometime the music is louder than the voices and i have a hard time following the plot.
Overall though I liked it, even if i spent most of my time cringing, scratching my head, or raging at the Bait-and-Switch lesbian trope.

I thought she meant One Piece in that it is a horrible show.

Big deal, that's not what I mean. In fact, One Piece is probably my favourite manga of all time, which is probably evident by my owning 58 volumes of it. =3
