*offers Akage cake* Because it is delicious and you are delicious and you are in no danger of gaining weight and even if you did I would still want to feel you up. Boo, "attention" is not why I told that story. The media is fucked up, don't you understand? But I like giving you attention. I did get the point, but I didn't have much constructive to add to the conversation. Actually, I still don't, but that has never stopped me from posting in the past.

Akage deserves much cake.
I don't get why our culture tells us that bones are sexy. Women can be beautiful without looking like the undead.

I've seen some pretty sexy skeletons every now and then. I've been banned from three graveyards in my city and there's only two. But on a more serious note I used to hit the gym daily for about a month during my first year of high school. Then I kept forgetting, it became too much of a hassle then I stopped caring and going all together. Don't get me wrong, exercise is a good thing but when you do it obsessivly you may just have a problem.

See? We do need to bring the exalt function back. People like and use it. Feh. /derail Personally, most of what the ad companies try to push as attractive I find to be repulsive anyway. I mean, really... eat a fucking sandwich and put down those damn barbells on occasion!!! Women are not made of skin, bones, and tits, and men are not supposed to feel like statues when you hug them! As a lover of "handles," I agree with you wholeheartedly. I don't get why our culture tells us that bones are sexy. Women can be beautiful without looking like the undead. I don't get it either. Too many models look like they just escaped from Auschwitz. It's like, Here's a pizza--you need the calories more than I do!

I'll admit it. I eat maybe two meals a day, and some snacks. I just don't get hungry until about two or three hours after I wake up. *shrugs* But I'd rather listen to my body than force myself to eat.

But I'd rather listen to my body than force myself to eat. That's what I do *shrugs* Well, as of late, anyway. I used to eat when I was bored, but I've been consciously avoiding doing that for the past couple of weeks. On the plus side, only eating when I'm actually hungry has cost me two pounds in two weeks If I keep this up, then in a year or so I'll be at the normal, healthy weight I was in high school.

Heh, now I just have to find some way to, you know, exercise, or something.
*looks at belly*
This thing is getting way out of hand.

Ever seen those cartoon gags where they put a treat on the end of fishing line and have it dangling just out of reach? That's worth a try. "I'm gonna get you, twinkie! *chase*"
A more serious bit of advice: Convince a friend to go do laps around the block or a park or something like that. It's much nicer to go out and exercise with someone than it is to do it alone. And safer.

LOL @ NtC's "I'm gonna get you, Twinkie!"
I love that episode!
Part of the problem I have with exercise is my physical disability.
I suppose I could just grab my crutches and iPod and go walking for half an hour a day, though. The weather's certainly nice enough!

Are you able to stand without crutches? Ping pong may be a good tactic.
Swimming is good, too. That's something that doesn't require you to kick, with certain strokes.

Are you able to stand without crutches? Ping pong may be a good tactic. For about 5 seconds, I can balance, yes. If I have something to lean on or hold on to, I can stand for about 5 minutes before my hips, knees, and ankles start to hurt. I'm nowhere *near* coordinated enough for ping pong. HA! I float like a fucking barrel of lead, and I'm a bit scared of drowning. I think walking is probably my best bet, at this point. <.<

How about a bicycle, possibly a stationary one if balance is an issue? I find jogging pounds the crap out of my knees, but I can sit and pedal a bike for ages.
