Apparently Captain Planet's religion is Environmentalism. Jonah Jameson's religion is listed as "hates Spider-Man", lol. Very interesting. I didn't notice those, The Joker's is being Batmans enemy.

Somehow, I don't see Catwoman as being a catholic.

Awww man. The Hulk and Daredevil are Catholic? Nightcrawler, too? Awwww maaaan...on the plus side, it's not like I recognize any of the LDS heroes... The X-Men cartoon series that aired on Fox during the 1990s actually had Nightcrawler as a monk in a Central European monastery when Wolverine and a few others first ran into him. While they didn't quite convince him to leave, they did get him to understand that he wasn't alone in regards to being a mutant and so he didn't have to lock himself away. ** As far as Power Pack goes, they were B-listers during the 1980s and early 1990s; at one point, Marvel featured them alongside Wolverine on the "please subscribe" page at the back of each issue. They got downgraded to C-listers when some of the things going on in both the fiction and the promotional mix resulted in more focus on X-Men, Spider-Man, and the related titles.

on the plus side, it's not like I recognize any of the LDS heroes... *looks at the list a second time* You didn't ID the Wonder Twins? You didn't pay much attention to comics in the 80s, did you? DC was pimping the Wonder Twins out all over the place, such that they were part of the Superfriends series for the vast majority of its run.

Murdoch's had so many brushes with the Church in various forms, he either had to be Catholic or just liked kids that much. *rimshot* Hulk seems perfect for a Catholic. Go on a raging bender you can't actually remember, then run to Church for forgiveness. And he's GREEN. Yeah, I feel dumb for those. By the way, I totally wouldn't know the Wonder Twins either, except mocking them is so pop culture it's not funny. There has to be a better religious choice for Captain Planet, an obvious avatar of Gaia. That's like saying Jesus' religion is "Hippie Carpenter." And Jonah's got some religious-like fervor in his crusade against Spider-Man, but an actual religion?

Though I am embarrassed I know, roughly, about the "Power Pack" kids, because one of them was involved with the New Warriors for a while.

I've known about Power Pack and the Wonder Twins for ages. =3 (Self-proclaimed comics geek.) I'm glad Ragman and Mr. Terrific are listed, coz I use a dialogue from those two all the time on the FSTDT main page. From Infinite Crisis #5: I also found on the list a character I think I really want to read.

Jesse Custer: Protestant. That's some pretty fucking extreme definition of protest right there.

How do you find out this information? Has Quasar (from whatever comic book he's from) or Antman ever said they were atheists?

How do you find out this information? Has Quasar (from whatever comic book he's from) or Antman ever said they were atheists? I haven't read the site in awhile (and haven't had time to check it just now), but I seem to recall it's based on the characters' behaviors and things said from time to time. Some of it's just guesswork (for example, if I remember correctly, Superman is considered to be generic Protestant because of his Midwest upbringing), of course, but still, it's pretty interesting. XD I've heard a bit about them, are they the Vulcan looking people?
