Shit. I was caught drawing on my desk once. My punishment was to wash it off!
Being arrested is so extreme in this case. I mean, WTF?!

I got caught doing it once, but the teacher liked it so much, he just nicely asked me to draw on paper next time.

That's nothing. I've seen commercials that encourage the kid to TALK his way out of the situation. Yeah, like that'd earn you anything more than broken teeth. LOL that reminds me... Back when I was in school and beyond, I managed to talk myself out of a LOT of fights. Though I guess it's because, as a friend of mine said, "You have the charisma of Doctor Who..." Hm... he was a role model of mine growing up, so... (Still is, hehe) eh, who knows? It could have just been dumb luck. I wasn't homeschooled, but I agree that whole mindset of public school is very unfair. I'm nonviolent by nature, but if someone attacks me, I'm going to defend myself. ISS/Suspension/Arrest or no. I'm just glad I'm usually able to diffuse situations with words.

What a waste of police time.
