The one that really gets to me is "We are not perfect, just forgiven". As if that excuses any bad behavior. I don't ask for perfection, I know nobody is perfect. But if I ever question why some Christians are so mean and petty or why some don't act like Christians in public I have been hit with a smug condescending smile and the "We are not perfect, just forgiven". It really makes me want to smack that smugness right off their face sometimes.
What is the most annoying thing that Christians say that really get under your skin?
And if you have a good come back to it I would really like to hear it.

Translation: I'm a reeeeeeeeeeeel Christian (c) (r) TM ยง not like them no good durn hippie, Obamer votin', gay luvin' lib'ruls! "It's not a religion; it's a relationship." Tranlation: My religion's better than yours! Nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah! "Love the sinner, hate the sin." Translation: I hate them homosekshuwools

My friends and I got a good one outside of the Oscars (because we all know how well preaching there will work). A few fundie assclowns were spewing their bullshit on the street, and made the mistake of asking my friend if he "worshiped God", to which my friend replied, "I'll worship any god that lets me do anal." If was fucking priceless.
Another time, I got one guy to say that, after a rather lengthy debate, that he'd kill himself if there were in fact no god. At leas he was honest about how selfish he is, seeing as he liked to go on about how great his family was and how much they loved each other.

if a christian agues with you than say this "Who struck down the firstborn of Egypt, God's love endures forever (Psalm 136:10 NAB)"

for example, if a Christian is trying to tell you they are loving and there god is the best in forgiving and stuff you can say that and ask if killing baby's because of there fathers belief in the "wrong religion" is right and ya. that should do it. so much for forgiving.

...Uhh. Wrong verse to quote. After all, firstborn can be adults. The only thing that marks a firstborn is that they're the first born from a father and a mother. If you don't have any older siblings, and only younger siblings, that makes you a firstborn, no matter what your age.
There's another verse that talks about soldiers dashing babies against the rocks, that's the one you're looking for.

Here are some of the verses you were probably thinking of. . . . .
"Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished." (Isaiah 13:15-16)
"And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain." (Deuteronomy 2:34)
"And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Hesbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city. But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities we took for a prey to ourselves." (Deuteronomy 3:6-7)
Of course you will get the ole standby of "well that's in the OLD testasment, it doesn't county anymore" (except of course when they want it to)

Thank God for saving me!
Forget the pilot that just remained stone cold calm while most other would have been pooping themselves. Forget the firefighters that ran into a burning building not even sure if you were there and had the shear nuts to check that last room even after half the roof collapsed. Forget that stranger who gave death the double middle finger just to jump in that raising water to save your dumb ass.

It's probably petty of me, but it pisses me off to no end when I do somebody a favor and they say "thank god." God didn't do jack shit. Thank me.

In highschool, me and my friends put together some money and bought our favorite teacher a really pretty bouquet of tulips as a thank you for being awesome. Her response? "Oh God knows just what I need! I was feeling down and God knew just how to cheer me up! Isn't God awesome?" I didn't say anything, but I wanted to slap her.

I'm pissed off at him just quoting whatever and thinking it applies to whatever. it's about accuracy, not morality.
