Most people would do it right then. That's a mistake. I'd make DAMN sure before calling. I'd do everything possible before calling. I would talk to the parents, the girl, and previous teachers. If I was completely convinced that there was an 80-100% chance she was being abused I'd call the police. Wouldn't feel good about it though.

Obviously if it's a life-threatening tumor surgery is better. However, I'm not about to go through an invasive surgery if not absolutely necessary. If the tumor was not malignant, I would do what I constantly am saying cops should do with nonviolent criminals and ignore it.

Not like benign tumors can cause any harm.

Also:

People drink cow's milk. Would you drink a bull's semen? To me, it's not so much the fact that it's a bodily fluid that's gross but what kind of bodily fluid. I'd have FAR less of a problem with drinking a human stranger's breast milk than I would with semen or vaginal discharge.

Probably for the best AA. As a "critical thinker" you seem to have trouble with what is called "citations," which makes it more difficult for "freedom lovers" as yourself to take full liberty with the truth.
