So, anyone got a transcript of the video for those of us on limited downloads? Judge beats his daughter about the legs (and threatens to hit her in the face) until she "bends over" on the bed so he can whap her in the ass. Her mother makes a deal that if she obeys, that SHE'LL do it one time and then leave. So she does. And then the father comes storming back in in a rage, saying that "he didn't get his lick in on her" and began to beat her again, forcing her back into the position, and telling her that SHE'S causing the rift in the family, that it's HER fault for being a disobedient child, that SHE doesn't belong in this house (This is the only accurate thing he's said. She doesn't belong in that house. She belongs in a house with a nice loving family that would do something normal for punishment like taking away internet privelages) and... Okay, I can't get into it anymore, my mind is actively rejecting the visual information it just received. And is anything approaching a reason given? I mean, I assume they're not beating her without, in their minds, a reason for it? |

According to the description in the box below the Youtube video, she downloaded some music and games that weren't legal, that is on a torrent. While I can't say anything about that since I am a torrent user (mostly for movies) but this was way over the line and in the realm of abuse. I'm all for corporal discipline but there is a fine line and one really has to know how to handle a child with such discipline tactics. I for example, was a child that had 18 hour temper tantrums at least three times a week (I remember having these) and rocking on my stomach on the floor. My school counselor advised my mom to put me in the corner when I acted up. One day I was acting up and she put me in the corner...64 times, and it didn't work. She finally swatted me on the bottom and I straightened up. My mom told the counselor that she did what he advised but didn't work so she had to resort to a punishment that gave me a message and my counselor even admitted that I was one of those kids that needs spankings. My mother was never abusive, never swore at me and never hit me out of anger. In fact I probably was spanked at least 5 times in my life. |

Anyway he is now under police investigation, and i hope they throw the book, bookshelf, and the whole fucking library at him!

Actually, if you notice, there's video game posters in the background, like Star Fox Adventures. I'd say this is her room. By the way, I hope this guy served jail time. If he didn't, and if he's still a judge, then quite frankly, the law isn't going to cut it. Sort of hard to imagine him issuing proportionate sentences, huh? |

Exactly my thoughts - I wasn't aware - since I can't bring myself to watch the vid - that the mother got in on it too. Fuck her, fuck her, fuck her too. You don't go on about it like that when your husband is beating the shit out of your daughter, ACT LIKE A FUCKING MOTHER AND GET A FRYING PAN AND HIT HIM. OR BETTER YET! I don't care HOW fucking abusive he is to you too, people in that cycle are supposed to step up when their kids get added into the mix. (Please note I'm trying to write this in a way that isn't indirectly blaming the victim if she IS abused herself) When it's just you, that's your victim-hood, that's you and him, and it's your psychological hurdle to climb whether you turn the fucker in or stay and take the abuse - thats your evil to overcome and come out stronger for it. But when its' another family member? When it's someone you love getting the abuse instead of you? You do NOT join in, you take a breath, and you STOP the fucker, especially if it's your cerebral palsy afflicted daughter. By the way, I hope this guy served jail time. If he didn't, and if he's still a judge, then quite frankly, the law isn't going to cut it. According the LA Times, he's only being investigated now, so we can infer that he hasn't done time yet. Additionally, the daughter is calling for people to not reelect her father, so Adams is likely still a judge. If anyone needs me, just follow the screams of rage and oaths to Khorne. |
