I was going to pick a few to submit to the archives but after reading them I realized I would have to submit the entire thread.
Here are a few though. (the bolding is mine)
On a post that got deleted..
Pretty much speaks for itself.
Single mothers and men fooling around?
Funny it looked very much like straight people (especially cons) managed to come up with that all on their own.
A rare moment of insight and honesty? No. They just really have no idea how bad they sound.
Besides wanting to be able to get drunk and carry a gun at the same time (because what could go wrong with that?) it's interesting how this person wants to live in a place where people minded their own business.... except when it comes to gay people.
If she saw two men kissing, why couldn't she mind her own business?
Freepers really do think this is about them.
And here's a case of really missing the point....

The right to conform isn't really a right. Not being allowed to do what you had no intention of ever doing isn't really a limitation.
How can a group that goes on about how they are proud individualists also demand conformity of others at the same time?
Ok that was rhetorical.

Why should FR allow anti-Christian remarks? It is blasphemy, and blashemy should be deleted.

According to a study—see www.nytimes.com/2010/01/29/us/29sfmetro.htm—fully 50 percent of gay couples in committed relationships cheat with their partner’s knowledge and approval.
So let’s say some gay guy gets married and later wants to divorce and cites the infidelity of his partner. The cheating partner hires some hotshot gay attorney to say that promiscuity in gay marriage is “cultural.” Some radical judge agrees. Soon, straights demand the same “rights” as gays to cheat on their partner.
Where will that leave us? With women raising kids on their own and many men fooling around without any legal consequences. The gays celebrate “the new openness.” Sure, the kids get screwed, but that’s what gays want, both figuratively and literally.

I would die happy if I never stepped foot in that state ever again. It’s an expensive cesspool filled with weirdos and freaks and nothing more. Also, if you’re from NY please stay out of Texas. We don’t even want your so-called conservatives who are nothing more than moderate, slimeball Rockefeller RINOs. We might be willing to accept your right-wing extremists.

We aren’t ALL bad, jdsjason.
Some of us have been up here slugging it out for decades, but I’m done. The SECOND my husband retires, we’re outta here. I simply can’t stand it anymore.
BTW...I think you’d actually like having us as neighbors. You’d be surprised at how conservative some of us are. After all, I’ve had to endure EVERY kind of foul and disgusting namecalling you can imagine, from people on the street, to politicians, and — heck, even my H.S. History teacher way back in the day. It’s been combat up here, and I’m worn out.
I want to live in a place where I can drink my drink, smoke a cigarette AND carry a firearm in peace — and all at the same time, too! I want to live in a place that values people who mind their own business most of the time, but who would rush to your aid if you needed help, or who’d pop over to the house to have a cup of coffee just because. I want to live in a place where I don’t have to try to explain to my kids what those two guys are doing KISSING in the park. Heck, I want to live in a place that doesn’t even HAVE a park because you’ve already got acres and acres of land on which to play.
Yep, that’s what I want. And maybe one day I’ll get it, too.
Regards,

There are plenty of states whose citizens do not capitulate to this evil. Even the citizens of California voted overwhelmingly to protect the Biblical definition of marriage.
The problem is the communist judges who overturn it.
The other states like NY are similarly led by tyrants.
The next step for the homos is to take this to the Federal level and force those states that do not recognize queer marriage to reciprocate, that is, recognize the queer marriages from other states. Their argument will be that it is discriminatory for there not to be “equality” across the states.
And remember, folks, one of the arguments AGAINST queer/homosexual/same-sex marriage is that it is not fair that homosexuals have EXTRA rights.
Heterosexuals abide by the law that we cannot marry someone of our own sex. Homosexuals have those same limitations. AND homosexuals are as free as heterosexuals to marry anyone they want, provided that other person meets the same requirements that heterosexuals are limited to (opposite sex, age requirements, bloodline requirements, not currently married).
But the homosexuals want the EXTRA right of being able to marry someone of the same sex.
Thus, homosexuals want SPECIAL RIGHTS, not EQUAL RIGHTS.
