It sounds like several people on the board reported it according to the comments. The threat posts have been removed now but there are enough screenshots with proof of who the guy is (name, address, place of business, etc) that the FBI should be knocking on his door. He apparantly is in violation of about 11 laws with that post and a different "ballot box" post.

Ten bucks says this asshole would be the first one to piss himself if there ever was a violent uprising.
These guys are all talk. If they actually had the balls to enact a coup, they'd have done it ages ago.
